Event Terms & Conditions

On Barrel Tasting:

This package is available seven days per week with slots available 10am-5pm. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment and a 10% deposit will be required to secure your booking. Wines available include Red, White or Rose and are regularly changed in the machines. If you are looking to include a specific wine, please contact us at the point of booking and we can bespoke this On Barrel Tasting package with an “add-on”.

 

Private Wine Tasting:

This package is available seven days per week with slots available from 10am-8pm. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment and a 15% deposit will be required to secure your booking. The price is dependent on the wines included within this package which will be discussed upon receiving your booking enquiry.

 

Bottles Hosted Public Events:

These are by ticket purchase only and full ticket price to be paid in advance to secure attendance. Refunds or exchanges cannot be issued within 48 hours of the event.

 

The following Terms and Conditions are applicable to all wine tasting events held and hosted by Bottles Wine Shop and Bottles Wine Bar

Registration and Eligibility:

1.1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to attend; we reserve the right to request proof of age identification and failure to provide may result in the participants entry refusal

1.2. Participants must register in advance to attend the event, due to wine and food to serve, we are unable to accept walk-ins (On-Barrel tasting excluded subject to availability)

 

Conduct and Behaviour:

2.1. All attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner throughout the event.

2.2. Any disruptive or offensive behaviour towards other attendees or event staff may result in immediate expulsion from the event.

 

Consumption of Alcohol:

3.1. Attendees are reminded to drink responsibly and in moderation during the wine tasting event.

3.2. The organisers reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any participant they deem to be intoxicated.

3.3. Attendees must not bring outside alcoholic beverages to the event.

 

Personal Belongings:

4.1. The organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the wine tasting event.

4.2. Participants are encouraged to keep their belongings secure at all times.

 

Health and Safety:

5.1. Attendees with any dietary requirements, medical conditions or allergies must inform the organisers in advance.

5.2. It is the responsibility of the attendees to drink responsibly and be aware of their alcohol tolerance.

5.3. The organisers will not be held liable for any health issues resulting from overconsumption of alcohol.

5.4. We take all reasonable measures to accommodate allergies; however, please be aware that all food is prepared in one kitchen, and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Attendees with severe allergies are advised to exercise caution and make their own assessment of the risk.

5.5. Animals are not permitted at the Bottles Hosted Public Events. For other events, please check with a staff member prior to attendance.

 

Photography and Media:

6.1. By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

 

Changes and Cancellations:

7.1. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, wine selection, or any other aspect of the event.

7.2. In the event of a cancellation, the organisers will provide a full or partial refund as deemed appropriate or may offer to move any purchased tickets to another event subject to availability.

7.2. Cancellations made by the attendee within 48 hours of the event will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

Liability:

8.1. While the organisers take all reasonable precautions, participants acknowledge that wine tasting involves inherent risks.

8.2. Participants attend the event at their own risk and agree to hold the organisers harmless from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses.

 

Indemnification:

10.1. Participants agree to indemnify and hold the organisers harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their attendance at the event.

 

Refusal of Entry:

11.1. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any participant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or behaves inappropriately.

 

By registering and attending the wine tasting event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The organisers reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions as needed, and any changes will be communicated to participants before the event.
