Since 1993, Domaine Bott-Geyl, led by Jean-Christophe Bott, continues a legacy dating to 1795. Spanning 15 hectares with 6 Grands Crus and 4 Lieux-dits, the estate’s 80 parcels lie across seven communes in the ‘Pearls of Vignoble’ region. Transitioning to organic practices in 2000 and biodynamics in 2002, it emphasizes terroir expression, low yields, and minimal intervention. Bott’s approach melds modern and traditional techniques, drawing from his global vineyard experiences, honouring both Bott and Geyl’s legacies.
Extravagance of aromas of rose petals, lychee, white pepper and citrus fruits, with exotic, spicy and honeyed flavors.
