Di Maria Prosecco NV

Botter Winery originated in 1928 when Carlo Botter and his wife Maria established it in Fossalta di Piave, a charming town near Venice. Initially, the business revolved around selling local wines in barrels and demijohns.

In the 1960s, Arnaldo and Enzo, the sons of Carlo and Maria, joined the enterprise and shifted the focus to bottling wine. Their efforts not only strengthened Botter’s presence in the Italian market but also initiated a gradual expansion into international territories, ultimately becoming the primary source of the company’s revenue.

Tasting Note : Pale light yellow colour, with fine perlage. Delicately fruity, slightly aromatic bouquet .Well balanced and light body. A real crowd pleaser.

Food Pairing : Excellent as an aperitif, it is a perfect accompaniment to hors-d’oeuvres and delicate first courses. Also wonderful with fish and shellfish.
