What are the Rondo & Solaris grapes? Both exceptional grapes for planting in the cooler British climate, the Rondo is a dark-skinned grape bursting in cherry fruitiness. Solaris flourishes in the cooler climates of the Herefordshire soil, as a crisp white grape. Together they blend to form a Rosé you almost wouldn’t believe was from England…
